I love making First Time Home Buyers happy.  Why?  It's a unique opportunity to create life-long clients.  Building a relationship with FTHB (First Time Home Buyers) puts you at a huge advantage.  It's been my experience that clients tend to stay in their homes 7 to 10 years.  If I can make a great impession in helping them find their very first home, there's potential that I can help them sell/buy a home every 7 to 10 years.  That's certainly reason enough, but beyond that, helping people find their dream home gives me immense satisfaction.  There's nothing else like it in the world...

Right?  I have an annual client party, it's almost too big for my current venue.  I have enjoyed a large number of my clients for years after a sale :).
