Bozeman, Montana:  A Great Place to Call Home!

Big Sky Property

We are known to be Big Sky Country for the vast amount of space in our state.  To say to view are stunning might be an understatement, and the elbow room can be as little or as much as you like here.   Our states population is under a million, for the ENTIRE state, and for the Gallatin Valley it is less than 100,000 folks.  Just the same, there are some fabulous reasons for choosing to live here!

Our school system works at being outstanding.  This year, three of our Bozeman Teachers’  won teacher of the year awards!  Three, can you imagine, in a town of this size, three of them being recognized as outstanding.  The school district had the distinct pleasure of a visit from Ricky Arnold, one of the astronauts for the space shuttle program.  The district is also always conscientious of growth, and has made an effort to set aside land, and build new schools as needed.  Even outside review rank our schools as excellent places for our children to learn.

Then there are the activities available.  Anything from hiking and camping for outdoor sports, to fine art shows on Main Street Friday nights in the summertime.  We have consistent concerts in the area, Dierks Bentley from the country scene will be here soon for a performance at Brick Breeden Fieldhouse, and we have an assortment of fantastic outdoor music festivals every year.  There is white water rafting, camping, farmers markets, fishing, zip lining, skiing, snowmobiling,Bozeman Montana and Yellowstone National Park to get lost in.  There are a multitude of restaurants in the area, chefs who truly wanted our lifestyle and add tremendous value to our culture, anything from sushi to bison steaks!  There are theaters, playhouses, museums, and the orchestra.

So, whether you are looking to be a part of the crowd, or be away from the crowd, Bozeman Montana is a great place to call home.  It is a great place to raise your children, to socialize, to continue your education, or to find peace and solace.  And the fact that there is no sales tax is a major bonus!
