Sausage Balls: Our Favorite Recipes and Traditions

One day until Thanksgiving!  Do you have your meal planned out?  Do you celebrate at your own house or someone else's?  Do you have any Thanksgiving family traditions?

This week's recipe comes from our Transaction Manager, Stacy Hitt.  A long held family tradition is to watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade while munching on sausage balls.  Here's her family recipe:

THANKSGIVING DAY SAUSAGE BALLS

3 c. Original Bisquick™ mix

1 lb Uncooked Sausage

4 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/2 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/2 c. Milk

Directions:  Heat oven to 350ºF.  In large bowl, stir together all ingredients using hands or spoon.  Shape mixture into 1" balls and place in pan.  Bake 20-25 minutes or until brown.

From the entire Bozeman Montana Real Estate.net team, Happy Thanksgiving!
